SUPERIOR 4 DAY TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Alice Springs to Uluru (or start from Uluru), Cultural Centre, Uluru Base Walk & Sunset

For those starting in Alice you are picked you up at about 5.45am and drive through the beautiful outback to Australia's famous icon - Uluru. Guests starting the tour in Uluru, will join the group and head to Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

The afternoon is dedicated to exploring this extraordinary monolith starting with an interpretive walk led by your guide, who will explain the Aboriginal law and religion (Tjukurpa). You will also learn about the art and culture of the local custodians, the Anangu people, and visit the acclaimed Cultural Centre where you can explore the displays and learn of the flora and fauna unique to this area.

Experience the famous changing colours of Uluru at sunset complete with sparkling wine and nibbles and plenty of photo opportunities. This is a great time to kick back and contemplate the vastness of the desert while getting to know your fellow travellers.

Afterwards settle in at our private camp, complete with our signature Endless Star dining experience before retiring to your swag under the amazing night sky or your comfortable safari tent complete with beds.


Day 2: Uluru & Kata Tjuta Sunrise, Kata Tjuta Valley of the Winds, Transfer to Kings Creek Station

Rising early, take a short walk to a lookout close to our campsite to view sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta without the hustle and bustle of the public viewing areas. After breakfast we make our way to Kata Tjuta, a sacred area for the local Anangu people meaning ‘many head’s. Hike through the magnificent "Valley of the Winds", making your way through the soaring domes and creek beds to be rewarded with incredible views.

Afterwards, we're off to Kings Creek Cattle Station for our second nights' remote private bush camp, complete with flushing bush toilets and hot showers. With nobody else for miles, this camp has stunning views out over the George Gill Ranges and gives you a real feel for the outback. Dinner around the campfire makes for a very social time with another night out under the stars. Tonight, listen for the sound of dingo’s howling in the distance while watching the desert sky light up above you.


Day 3: Watarrka (Kings Canyon) Rim Walk, Indigenous Cultural Experience, Transfers to Uluru

Today we head off to Watarrka (Kings Canyon) for a mind blowing 6km walk through the towering walls, crevices and plateaus of Watarrka. We will visit the Amphitheatre, Lost City and the tranquil ‘Garden of Eden’. Afterward we travel a short distance to our next stop to enjoy a well-earned lunch followed by the opportunity to immerse yourself in an authentic indigenous cultural experience. Enjoy a leisurely guided walk with our indigenous custodians while learning about bush tucker and the healing powers of bush medicine, and gain an insight into Aboriginal dot painting.

Late afternoon we start returning to Uluru for our final night in the outback, settling in for our last dinner together around the campfire. Marvel at the clearest skies you can imagine for one last night with your fellow travel mates.


Day 4: Uluru Sunrise, Transfers to Uluru Airport or Alice Springs

Enjoy your final breakfast in the Outback and witness sunrise over Uluru before a quick trip into the resort township. Here you will have free time to explore some of the Resort facilities before boarding the airport shuttle to meet your outgoing flight or remain on the vehicle for those wishing to travel back to Alice Springs. You will arrive into Alice Springs at approximately 4.00pm.

BUDGET 4 DAY TOUR ITINERARY

Rising early, enjoy breakfast before making our way to Kata Tjuta for a stunning Uluru sunrise. Hike through the magnificent "Valley of the Winds", making your way through the soaring domes and creek beds to be rewarded with incredible views. After a refreshing lunch travel through the outback viewing the George Gill Range and more before making camp at Kings Creek Station. Here you'll enjoy a fantastic Aussie BBQ by the campfire and those breathtaking stars. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner


Day 3: Kings Canyon Rim Walk, Transfers to Curtain Springs

Rising early, enjoy breakfast before experiencing the incredible Kings Canyon. Hike around the famous Rim Walk, taking in the peaceful desert oasis, the Garden of Eden. Then back to Kings Creek Station for a relax, swim, or helicopter ride (charges apply). That night escape to our private bush camp at Curtin Springs Station. Capture sunset views of Mt Conner and enjoy your final night on tour, under the outback stars. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner


Day 4: Uluru or Alice Transfers

It’s a relaxed start to the day with a well-deserved later sleep, before a tasty cooked breakfast. Make one last farewell Uluru photo stop, before leaving the tour at the airport around 10.00am, or transfer to Alice in the afternoon. Includes Breakfast
